Training : 

 Started music career at tender age.
 Learnt basic techniques of Tabla under Vid. Shri. Mohan Hegde.- Further Studies have been taken with Pt. Raghunath Nakod the stalwart of poorab and Delhi traditions of Tabla.
Gained essential knowledge in the concept of Ragadhara and Vocal with late. Pt. Shripathi Padigar.

Academics:

 B High Grade Tabla artist of All India Radio and Doordarshan.
 Vidwath in music from K.S.E.E. Board, Bangalore with rank for Karnataka State.
 Bachelor of music degree from Karnataka University, Dharwad with 1st rank and Ambabai Hangal memorial gold medal.
 Master of music from Indira Kala Sangit Vishwa Vidyalay, Khairagarh (C.G.) with rank. Passed NET with top marking.

 Music theraphy guied certified by DDF Spain.

Experience:

Worked as the member for karnataka P.U. Education board syllabus revising committee. Worked as evaluater and question paper setter of Karnataka University dharwad.  Worked as the member for K.P.S.C.syllabus committee.
 Examinor for music examinations held by K.S.E.E. Board. worked as guest lecturer in MES College, Sirsi (N.K.) for twenty years in Music.

Honours:
 Sur Singar Samsad, Mumbai has awarded with "TALAMANI" title in 2007.

Performances:
-- Performed Tabla Solo recitals and accompanied with many more popular vocalists and Instrumentalists like Dr. Gangubai Hanagal, Pt.B.D.Pathak, Pt. Bholanath Mishra, Pt. Venkatesh Kumar, Pt.Venkatesh Godkhindi in many prestigious concerts throughout the nation.Banaras, Mumbai, Gwalior, Pune, Chennai, Hyderabad, Mysore,Bangalore, Dharwad to mention a few.

Additional activities:

 Providing guidance for music students for all type of  examinations and  stage performance.
 Founder director and principal of Samhita Music Forum® Sirsi.

Released books “Stuti Samhita”of devotional songs and

 “Nada Samhita” of ABGM examination syllabus.Scripted and composed many songs.
